Support & Maintenance
We offer a full range of support contract options to our customers. As a
support customer you will also be kept informed of all updates and
enhancements made to your chosen software as and when they are released.
Support contracts are paid for on a monthly basis, collected by standing
order.
Telephone Support
This facility will give any member of your staff unlimited
telephone access to our technical support staff to deal with operational
problems as and when they arise. Our engineers have extensive experience
in hardware and network diagnostics and maintenance, and our Sage
Accounting support staff have comprehensive knowledge of the software
and its applications. All of our technical support staff have
commercial experience in their fields of expertise.
Remote
Support
Remote support enables our technical support staff to access
your data from our offices through a secure VPN tunnel. This facility
offers a number of benefits to your business:-
