As part of our Stock Takers Package you are trained by us on how to use our market leading software. This and the support provided by us ensures that you have everything, software wise, required to provide a highly professional service. What Qualifications are Required ? Before you will be introduced, you do need to meet the criteria that we have agreed protects us all. This can be previous documented profession experience (accountant, stock auditor, Publican etc), officially recognised accreditation and or references from customers. (please contact us for full requirement details) New to Stock Taking ? If you are looking to provide Stock Taking services as a new career direction we can still help. You can purchase the software, attend our training and we advise what further training we feel advisable. Once you meet the requirements including satisfied customer references, you can be included in our recommended list. How much Does this Cost ? At the moment this is a free service with no upfront, maintenance or commission fee charges at all. Where is the Catch ? You will have purchased or rented from us a licensed version of our software. As a business we believe that we can only expect to continue with strong organic growth by offering outstanding services. A word of mouth recommendation that results in a new customer is what we seek in return. Are there any Commissions cost at all ? Where and if you work as part of the optional consortium, you will have agreed a satisfactory rate. The consortium agrees that Bluestone Computing Ltd can make a reasonable margin on our services. Is this a Franchise ? No this is simply a free introduction marketing service that aims to introduce businesses that needs stock taking service to others that wish to deliver them. We may, without notice, at our absolute discression, amended and or stop the service. Bluestone Computing accept no liablity in any way for any direct or indirect losses, however caused. How do you Handle Customer Grievances ? We have very few grievances but misunderstandings do occur however hard one plans to avoid them. We have two grievance procedures based around the agreement we have with the customer with the grievance. If you have been working as part of our consortium we deal with the customers grievance directly with them and inline with our direct policies. This also includes consultation with you to get a comprehensive understanding and to help ensure that further problems do not occur. In most instances we will have simply introduced your business to your customer. Here we would apply our second policy, were if permitted by both parties, we try to establish the problem and suggest corrective strategies.
